NL1 realizes a wider bonding process window than conventional Al wires. It is characterized by wide process window and high corrosion resistance, and well suited for a wide variety of applications from power electronics, automotive electronics, and to battery connections.
Product lineup
NL1
NL1 covers the wire diameter larger than 100μm. A soft type and hard type are available as standard.
NL1F
NL1F covers the wire diameter smaller than (and equal to) 100μm. Just like NL1, it is characterized by high corrosion resistance and large process window.

Conditions
- Wire diameter : 300μm
- Bonding Force: 700cN
- Shear force > 1250cN
- Deformation < 1.3x wire diam.
- All wires have comparable mechanical properties.
